Birds In Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is one of the best places to go birdwatching in Uganda, home to over 360 different species. The national park is home to 14 endemic bird species and 24 endemic bird species in the Albertine region. Mountain gorillas can be found at Mgahinga National Park, which is adjacent to Bwindi Gorilla Park in southwest Uganda. Bamboo and tropical rainforests are included in the 331-square-mile national park. Birds in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park include Red-collared Babbler, Rwenzori nightjar, Rwenzori Turaco, Handsome Francolin, among others. Best Time to See Birds in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Even though you can view birds at Bwindi Gorilla Park all year round, there are certain seasons that are better than others. The optimum conditions for birdwatching in Bwindi Gorilla Park are either intense rain or bright sunshine. There is an abundance of food for birds and migrating bird species in the park these days. The best times to go birdwatching at Bwindi Gorilla Park are from June to September and from December to March. There are short plants, dry birding trails, and passable roads to the park when there is little or no rain. In addition to enjoying substantial savings on hotel facilities, birdwatchers can still see the Bwindi Gorilla Park birds during the rainy season.
