How to access Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Located in southwestern Uganda, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park can be accessed by road or air. You can use a flight from Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi Airfield. You can either use Aero Link Uganda or Bar Alleviation Authority, the journey can take a 1.5-hour flight to Kisoro or Kihihi airstrips, where our safari guide driver will transfer you to your booked hotel close to Bwindi gorilla park. Alternatively, the park can be accessed by car, about 9-10 hours from Entebbe or approximately 4 hours from Kigali, Rwanda via the Cyanika border. Driving allows to access other neighboring national parks like Lake Mburo National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and Murchison Falls National Park.
