Kidepo Valley National Park is the most remote and least explored national Park, yet it is one of the best bird watching destinations in Uganda with rich avian life. It is located in the northeastern part of Uganda, bordering Kenya to the east and South Sudan to the northeast. It also hosts up to 480 bird species, making it the second national park in Uganda with a high number of bird species after Queen Elizabeth National Park.
