Day 1: Relocate to Murchison Falls National Park, Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Day 1: Transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Murchison Falls National Park

Driving 5-6 hours to Murchison Falls National Park following breakfast will define your journey. A fantastic view of the flat countryside of central Uganda may be obtained by traversing through the undulating Luwero and Nakasongola landscapes. You will separate off Nakitooma after 7 kilometres and join with Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. After arriving at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, you will begin a thrilling white rhino tracking expedition with more than 22 southern white rhinos. One of the most lethal animals on African soil among the Big Five African species is the rhino. Still, walking with rhinos is rewarding too. Later, make your way to Murchison and arrive at your booked hotel where you will spend your evening at leisure, have dinner, and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 2: Early morning game drive; afternoon boat cruise

Have your early morning breakfast, then set out on the early morning breakfast game drive in the northern section of Murchison Falls National Park, where you will observe a range of animal species. These include giraffes, kobs, Jackson’s hartebeest, waterbucks, and primates like the endangered patas monkey, olive baboons, and bushbucks, as well as the big four African mammals the lion, leopard, elephant, and buffalo. After this enchanted meeting experience, go to the lodge for a midday meal and rest. Beginning from Paraa at 2:00 p.m., take a boat excursion across the Victoria Nile delta in the afternoon towards the base of the falls. Day 3: A Visit to the Top of the falls-Return to Kampala/Entebbe International Airport.

Wake up and prepare your luggage, have breakfast, and transfer to the top of the falls, one of the most amazing landforms on the Nile River as it prepares its way to the Mediterranean Sea.  According to research, these falls are considered to be the most powerful waterfalls globally.

An extremely amazing spot to view the Nile River, which creates a signature rainbow and spray plume as it squeezes through a small 7-metre gorge before falling 45 metres to what is known as the Devil’s Cauldron. Following this magical scenery, travel back to Kampala to conclude an unmatched experience offered by Murchison Falls National Park and its savoring landscapes of beautiful waterfalls from the Kafu River. This marks the end of your 3-day Safari to Uganda’s Murchison Falls National Park.
