Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After a morning breakfast on your 6-day gorilla and White-Water Rafting Tour, you will set off and embark on the scenic drive to the magical Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, which is located in the south-western Uganda. This forest is home to the magnificent giant mountain gorillas, with over half of the world’s mountain gorilla population and a variety of other forest primates, including the blue monkey, as well as a wealth of bird life. The long drive will be broken up with en-route lunch and refreshments. Check into your booked lodge, have dinner, and overnight.

Day 2: Gorilla tracking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

You will prepare your gorilla trekking equipment, have breakfast with a packed lunch, and then set out on a lifetime experience of gorilla trekking in Uganda’s stunning jungle. Following this forest trek, expect the thrilling encounters of mountain gorillas in their natural environment, providing you with the ultimate gorilla experience. Other primates living in the forest may also provide exciting moments, such as monkeys like blue, red-tailed, l’hoest, black and white colobus monkeys, bird species, and several plants. Day 3: Return to Kampala City
Have breakfast and set off for the journey back to Kampala. You will have a stopover at Igongo Cultural Centre for a hearty lunch in Mbarara, and after proceed with your journey to Kampala. Along the way, you will enjoy the stunning scenery of the Ankole region with farms of Ankole long-horned cattle. Expect to have another stopover at Kayabwe Equator landmark for refreshment, after continuing with your journey to Kampala city at your booked hotel, relax, have dinner, and overnight.

Wake up early, have breakfast, and after your safari driver guide will transfer you to Jinja for the day’s activities. After you relax, have lunch, and later embark on the visit to the source of the Nile, where you will witness the beauty of Uganda as you explore the country’s hidden treasure emanating from the source of the longest River in the World. Here you will dine and spend the night in Jinja at your booked hotel.

Day 5: Transfer back to Kampala for a city tour
After your breakfast, on your way back to Kampala, if time permits, arrange a city tour of Kampala City where you will have a chance to explore the city’s landmarks, such as the Kabaka’s Palace at Bulange, Gadaffi Mosque, Kasubi Tombs, Bahai Temple, and the Martyrs Shrine at Namugongo.
